Artist's Description

Ghost Ranch was made famous by popular American artist, Georgia O'Keeffe, who spent winters in New York City and her summers at the Ghost Ranch in New Mexico, from 1934 until 1949.

During that time, she entertained other famous artists and photographers. Among guests to visit her at the ranch over the years were Charles and Anne Lindbergh, singer-songwriter Joni Mitchell, poet Allen Ginsberg, and photographer Ansel Adams.

I have pursued the hobby of Photography with varying highs and lows of intensity all of my formative years and my adult life. For much of my working life, my camera sat on the top shelf of the closet, as life crowded it...
